Chichen Itzá is one of the biggest cultural legacies of Mexico belonging to the Mayan period. The most well-known pyramid is an ancient Mayan calendar. In the spring equinocios and autumn, it is possible to observe a snake, given the game of light and shades that the Sun projects on the pyramid. A really magic place.

Yucatecos is the most famous and more visited of the Mayan deposits. The entry costs about 10 euros. Its schedules are from Monday until Sunday, of 8:00 to 17:00.

During the spring equinocios and autumn, it is possible to "observe" the figure of a snake that climbs or descends for one of the sides from the main pyramid known as the "Castle". Although the large number of the people who congregates to visit it, does that muhcas times it is impossible to see it. Another option is to come to the place the days later to the equinocio, since the phenomenon can be contemplated of equal way and the people will not bother us so much.
